Oratorical Contest

Topic: The Moment I Realized I Belonged — My Definition of Community.
All participants receive certificates. The top three winners receive medallions. The top two winners advance to the Zone Level Competition. After that, Area Competition winners receive $2500 college scholarships and advance even further.
